WILL WRITING

Look after your loved ones and ensure your wishes are carried out with a legal will

At Maplebrook Wills-Wales we are expert Will Writers and Estate Planning Solicitors who translate your wishes into a legally binding document. We offer a friendly, hassle-free service that gets to the heart of what you want to happen to your estate when you die.

A Will As Unique As You

We understand that you want to leave your hard-earned possessions to those you truly love, and we want to make sure that happens. Having a will means that you can have total control over your belongings. A will is particularly important if you share your life with a person who is not a legal spouse or civil partner. It may seem outdated, but current law means that possessions can and will be passed to blood-relatives before partners or co-habitants, if there is no will to contest it. Don't let this happen to your loved one, talk to us about writing a will today.

Affordable Will Writing Services

When it comes to creating a Will, we offer a fixed-cost service. We charge £149 plus VAT for a single Will and £249 plus VAT for a pair of Wills (mirrored Wills) for a couple. We offer face-to-face appointments in one of our offices, or in the comfort of your own home for your initial appointment. Alternatively, we can provide telephone or online appointments via Zoom, Teams or Google Meet. Once we’ve written the Will, we’ll send you a draft for checking. We’ll then visit your home for the signing (attestation) or, if you prefer, post documents to you with full instructions on getting them signed and witnessed.

We can also provide additional services and advice if your legacy or estate is a little more complex. Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Funeral Plans are available at additional cost.
